Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 7, 2026  ·  Last Updated: April 7, 2026

1. Introduction

Dezolent, LLC, a Florida-registered limited liability company ("Dezolent," "we," "our," or "us"), operates the website located at dezolent.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Site.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not directly collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information ("PII") from visitors to the Site. We do not maintain user accounts, collect email addresses through sign-up forms, process payments, or store cookies of our own beyond those placed by the third-party analytics and advertising services described below.

3. Third-Party Services That Collect Data

The Site integrates the following third-party services that may collect data about your visit. Each service operates under its own privacy policy and data-processing terms, which govern their use of your information.

a. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information such as your IP address (anonymized where required), browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and general geographic location.

This data is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers. Google may use this data to evaluate use of the Site and to compile reports on website activity for us. Google is prohibited from associating your IP address with any other data held by Google under this service.

You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

b. Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console, a service provided by Google LLC, to monitor the Site's presence in Google Search results. Google Search Console provides us with aggregated, anonymized data about how the Site appears in search results, including search queries, click-through rates, and indexing status. This service does not place cookies on your device and does not track individual users. Data is collected by Google as part of its search infrastructure. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

c. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), formerly Facebook. The Meta Pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our content by understanding the actions visitors take on the Site, and to show relevant advertisements to people who have visited the Site when they use Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta products.

The Meta Pixel may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the URL of the page you visited, and cookie data including your Facebook User ID if you are logged into Facebook. This data is transmitted to and stored on Meta's servers.

You can manage your Meta advertising preferences through Meta's Privacy Center or opt out of interest-based advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance. For more information, see Meta's Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

We do not set first-party cookies. However, the third-party services described in Section 3 above may set cookies on your device. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of the Site or third-party services. For detailed information on how these third parties use cookies, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

5. How We Use Information

The aggregated and anonymized data we receive from the third-party services listed above is used solely to:

  • Understand how visitors use and interact with the Site;
  • Improve the content, structure, and performance of the Site;
  • Monitor and optimize the Site's visibility in search engines; and
  • Measure the reach and effectiveness of our content and promotional activities.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer any data we receive to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We do not directly store personal data. Data collected by the third-party services described in Section 3 is retained by those providers in accordance with their own data retention policies. We encourage you to review those policies directly.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us through one of the third-party services on this Site, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps to address the issue.

8. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including streaming platforms, social media platforms, and other external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete data held about you, or to object to or restrict certain types of processing. Because we do not directly collect or store personal data, these rights are primarily exercisable directly against the third-party service providers listed in Section 3. To exercise rights against those providers, please contact them directly using the links provided.

Residents of California may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), including the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold. Because we do not sell personal information and do not directly collect personal data, these rights are not applicable to our direct processing activities.

If you have questions about your rights or wish to inquire further, please contact us using the information in Section 11 below.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
